COVID-19 has paralyzed the exhibits and events industry and, as a result, has put exhibit and event contractors at a standstill forcing them to layoff or furlough their employees.    Yet, while undertaking these necessary but painful steps with their employees company executives are also aware that this pandemic will pass at some point and they will need the skills, expertise and experience of those who aren’t currently actively employed.

This program will discuss ways that company leaders are addressing the needs of their employees, both present and future, and what they are doing to maintain a level of connection and engagement that will make the ramping up process in the future more manageable.
