COVID-19 has paralyzed the exhibits and events industry and, as a result, has put our industry’s union workforce at a standstill. While the CARES Act may be providing some income to a small number of union members for the next several weeks, the majority are struggling to find ways to feed their families and pay their bills.
This program will discuss ways that union leaders are addressing the needs of their members, both present and future, and what they are doing to maintain a level of connection and engagement that will make the ramping up process in the future more manageable.
