The EACA conducted a live webinar on Tuesday, December 15 to provide a review of EDPA’s Annual Meeting, called ACCESS, which took place in San Antonio, TX this year at the La Cantera Spa & Resort.

Organized in the midst of a worldwide pandemic that has parylzed the exhibit and event industry since March, this year’s ACCESS was organized as an industry event that would deliver safety, hope, and a vision for a path forward for live events.  EDPA members, colleagues, and live event industry leader joined in community to connect, discuss the challenges of the day and to review strategies and tools on how event industry product and service companies can navigate this crisis until events return.

Once events begin to re-open it will be necessary to take stock of the resources needed to service clients as well as making sure that all service efforts are provided in a safe and effective experience for all involved.  No simple task that as every aspect of the event experience will need to be examined and considered for health and safety reasons.  And, that’s where the questions begin:
