Controlling Workers Comp Costs Webinar.   The EACA webinar on Controlling Workers Comp Costs is now available on the EACA web site.    Having previously presented webinars on Showfloor Safety Training, Controlling Healthcare Costs,and Employee Engagement,  Rob Wilson shares insights on how to gain control of your Workers Comp insurance costs.   EACA members will benefit by learning from these insurance professionals on how to control your insurance costs and potentially save money through features like:

EACA Mobile App is Coming.   The EACA is working on the development of a “Help Desk” mobile app that will allow our community of members to share project critical information in real time.   Additional information about how and when you can download this app to support your efforts will be coming soon.

Lancaster Management Welcomes Mike Muir and Tyler Raymond.     Celebrating 15 years of quality installation and dismantle services across the country, Lancaster Management Services, Inc., welcomes Mike Muir (pictured left) and Tyler Raymond (pictured right) to the #orangeteam.  Muir was named VP of Operations and New Orleans City Manager.  Raymond will become the youngest city manager in #orangeteam history. He has supported LMS clients as a standout lead man for more than three years in his native city of Las Vegas. He has been selected to lead the Southern California market center to align with LMS forward-thinking vision of balancing both industry veteran and young, up-and-coming talent to continually better the end experience to LMS clients.

Freeman Names Phil Molyneux President & Carrie Freeman Parsons Chair  < Exhibit City News>  Freeman has named Phil Molyneux (pictured left) as its new president and, building on a more than 90-year family legacy, is announcing that Carrie Freeman Parsons (pictured right) has been chosen to succeed her father Donald S. Freeman, Jr. (Don) as the next chair of the company.

CES Grabs Top Spot on 2018 TSNN Top Trade Show List.  <TSNN>  Trade Show News Network unveiled the 2018 TSNN Top Trade Shows list, with the CES show, held in January in Las Vegas, snagging the No. 1 spot. The Consumer Technology Association’s show spanned 2,784,167 net square feet and drew 111,854 attendees to venues that included the Las Vegas Convention Center, Sand Expo Convention Center and several others in the city.

L.A. Convention Center Wins Sustainability Award.  <Exhibit City News>  The Los Angeles Convention Center, owned by the City of Los Angeles and managed by AEG Facilities, was recently honored with the Los Angeles Better Buildings Challenge Innovation Award for its significant energy savings. Recognized in the public buildings category as the “Walk the Walk Energy Award” recipient for achieving the most significant, ongoing energy savings and demonstrating innovative strategy, the LACC was honored at the fifth annual award ceremony on March 27 at The California Endowment in Los Angeles.
