EACA 2024 Salary Survey. Throughout April we have been sending out information to all members about the 2024 Salary Survey. The EACA Salary Survey is conducted annually to assist all members with the administration of employee compensation. The results collected in the Salary Survey can be searched and compared to other companies of each member’s size and service category.
We appreciate all those members who have responded and remind everyone that individual responses are always kept. completely confidential. All those who have responded will receive a complete summary of the results.
The Survey results will be distributed to all participating members the week of May 6. If you have not received your survey results email by May 13 please email [email protected]
EACA & IFES to Sign Collaboration Agreement. Following a meeting held on March 28th 2024 between EACA (Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Association) and Members of the Board of IFES (International Federation of Exhibition and Event
Services), the parties agreed, in principle, that EACA and IFES will come together in the form of a Strategic Partnership arrangement for three years from date of signing. The signing is scheduled to take place on May 30 in Washington DC.
IFES is the International Federation of national associations and individual companies active in the design, conception, production and show services for temporary structures used at exhibitions and trade shows. It is the only organization dedicated to specific needs of exhibit designers and providers of tradeshow services.
Status of Labor Industry Webinar. On May 21 Jim Wurm, Executive Director, will present a webinar on the State of the Labor Industry for the members of EDPA NW. The webinar will include current labor industry information particularly as it relates to the production of trade shows and events.

Features of this new Job Board include email alerts to job seekers when new jobs are posted to the site. Employers can also have their listing prioritized and advertised.

EACA Members Are Encouraged to Obtain the 2023 Exhibitor Advocate Survey of Exhibition Rates. EACA members can utilize this report to showcase their understanding of the importance of staying ahead of industry trends and equipping their partners with the tools they need to succeed. Not only will the report provide valuable information for exhibitors, but it will also position the EAC as an indispensable ally to their clients.
This year the survey’s scope has been expanded to include forklift and hanging sign rates. The full report was crafted with the support and collaboration of Tradeshow Logic, the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners and independently verified by Evolio

Employco USA Hires an HR Generalist Employco USA is pleased to announce the hiring of Radka Hrabina, HR Generalist – With an extensive background in HR management and client services, Radka brings a wealth of experience to her new role. Exhibitor Advocate Partners with IAEE on Exhibitor Relations The Exhibitor Advocate has partnered with IAEE to present the Exhibitor Relations CEM provided in June and October this year. We developed this course for show organizers to better understand the challenges their exhibitors face and provide real-world solutions that enhance the exhibiting experience in addition to driving long-term success for the organizers.

- EXHIBITORLIVE in San Antonio, TX, to be held Sunday, March 16 – Wednesday, March 19, 2025. Complete submissions will only be accepted through Friday, July 12, 2024.
- EXHIBITOR eTrak Online Learning, offered each month on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Complete submissions will be accepted through December 31, 2024, and if selected, will be held in 2024 or 2025.
