2025 Annual Member Salary Survey The EACA will be sending out our Annual Salary Survey this week.   We encourage all members to participate.   And, we remind you that all responses are kept completely confidential.   Any member who participates in the survey will receive a complete copy of the results once the survey concludes.   Meanwhile we also want to extend a reminder of the current programs we have established to help you generate efficiencies and cost savings in your business:

Jenny Koehn Promoted to CEO of Condit.  Condit Exhibits recently announced Jenny Koehn’s promotion from Vice President of Sales to President of the entire organization. Celebrating nearly 20 years with the company, Jenny brings a stellar background of sales and marketing successes, strong business acumen, and a wealth of practical experience to the role.

Eagle Management Welcomes New Project Manager   Eagle Management recently announced the additions of Cameron Magalotti as its new Project Manager. With three years of hands-on experience in the trade show industry, Cameron brings a wealth of knowledge and a fresh perspective to the team. His journey began working alongside his father, who owned a successful trade show logistics company, providing Cameron with invaluable insights into the industry’s dynamics from a young age.

Momentum Management Welcomes New Leaders  Momentum Management has announced three key appointments, further strengthening its team with experienced professionals in the tradeshow and event industry.

Tom Barcelona – Northern California Area Manager Tom Barcelona has been part of the tradeshow industry for over 12 years. He started his career as extra labor before joining the Sign and Display Local 510 union in San Francisco, where he worked as an Installer, Leadman, and Foreman.  In 2019, Barcelona stepped into the role of Northern California Area Manager for Momentum Management. Since then, he has built a strong team in the region and projects across multiple markets, including Las Vegas and Southern California. His responsibilities include coordinating labor, equipment, and materials for job sites, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently, and maintaining compliance with union rules.

Mark Lively – Director of Partner Development Mark Lively brings more than 30 years of experience in tradeshow and event marketing to Momentum Management. His career includes leadership roles such as President of a national exhibit house and Executive Vice President at a national labor management company.

Most recently, Lively served as CEO of a marketing and advertising firm based in Nashville, Tennessee. In his role as Director of Partner Development, he will focus on strengthening existing client relationships and developing new partnerships for the company.

Sarah Bishop – Director of Business Development and Marketing Sarah Bishop joined Momentum Management in August 2024. She brings experience from her role as an Account Director at Star Exhibits, along with a background in marketing, live events, and movie production.

As Director of Business Development and Marketing, Bishop oversees the company’s marketing campaigns, re-establishes branding across digital platforms, and identifies new opportunities for growth. Based in Las Vegas, she is committed to delivering exceptional results for Momentum Management.

CES 2025:  Increases Attendance Introduces New Tech Sectors  <TSNN> With the help of 4,500 exhibitors—1,400 of which were startups—in front of 141,000 attendees, the 2025 Consumer Electronics Show lived up to its reputation as one of the world’s leading tech events by underscoring AI’s intersection with humanity, highlighting accessibility-focused tech, and debuting energy transition and quantum computing conference tracks.

Attendance figures at CES 2025 marked a roughly 2% yearly increase compared to the previous year, when CES 2024 drew 138,000 participants.

ECA Announces Board of Directors for 2025  The Exhibitions & Conferences Alliance (ECA), the unified advocacy voice of the business events industry, is pleased to announce its 2025 elected officers and board of directors members.

The following slate of officers have been elected by the ECA board of directors to serve a one-year term ending on December 31, 2025:
